London, the day after …
What a surreal day yesterday was, still hard to fully comprehend what happened. I just got off the phone with a friend from London when I heard about the first attack. Today they confirmed a death toll of 50 and some 700 wounded. It really brings the reality of terrorism home thinking how often I passed through several of those tube stations and how many friends and close acquaintances take those routes every day.
When will we finally learn that, whatever the goal, violence is never the answer …
