FITC Amsterdam 2008 Schedule
25 01 2008FITC is coming to Amsterdam next month and am very happy to be speaking there along with lots of fantastic international speakers, friends and colleagues from the Benelux and several Adobe evangelists.
If you’ve never been to an FITC, Shawn Pucknell and the team do a fantastic job making it an event to remember with lots of opportunities to network and party with fellow attendees and speakers.
Sunday February 24th is a day of workshops — I’ll be attending the Papervision3D training (sold out already), other workshops are “Flash Video” and “Mastering AIR Development“.
The following day is the actual kick off of the conference, it’ll be difficult to choose which sessions to attend but here is my selection so far:
Monday February 25th
Adobe Keynote - Mike Downey
RIA meets Desktop - Peter Elst
Data Visualization with Flex and AIR - Nicolas Lierman
ActionScript 4?? - Colin Moock
Kaboom!!! Flash Pyrotechnics - Seb Lee-Delisle
Building Red5 Applications - Chris Allen
Reducing Complexity: An Intimate look at Saffron - Samuel Agesilas
Tuesday February 26th
Play with Pixels - Koen De Weggheleire
The Circle - Jared Tarbell
Making real music within Flash - Andre Michelle
Building AIR applications with Flash CS3 - Mike Downey
Flash 2D & 3D effects - Ralph Hauwert
Flash now and in the future - Serge Jespers
Flex Solutions for your daily development - Marco Casario
That’s quite a list of sessions, if you’ve got the opportunity come over to Amsterdam for a couple of days and join in the fun!
Also worth noting is that Colin Moock does a free full day of ActionScript 3.0 training on February 27th — be sure to register for that before it fills up.
