Adobe MAX Awards 2008 – Milan

Congratulations to Thomas Joos and Boulevart for winning in the develop category of the European Adobe MAX awards. There was some serious competition but they pulled it off with their “Rock Werchter Mobile Guide” Flash Lite mobile application, ported to the iPhone.

    Im confused

    As I understand Flash Lite doesn’t run at all on the iPhone so how could this app have been created with Adobe Flash Lite as it states in the video? Have I missed something?

    Tink, there’s information on how they did it on Thomas’ blog (vilebody.wordpress.com) — they started with a Flash Lite app which was then ported to Java using some beta technology which allowed adding calls to additional APIs like multi-touch etc.
